The office is normally staffed Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm, except Bank Holidays.
In the rare case of a member of the office team needing to leave the office, the phone will be diverted to an emergency answering service: this allows you to leave a message that will be answered as soon as possible.
Outside normal office hours you are given the option to leave a message on the emergency answer phone.
Please note that only emergency calls will be answered immediately.
