We mainly provide care for older persons or adults, but with the specialist training that is available, we can also provide care for families with children, service users with a learning difficulty, and children.

Assured Care supports service users by providing help with the personal, domestic and social/emotional tasks associated with ordinary living that an individual might usually perform for him/herself.

Care workers will encourage and help maintain independence wherever possible, and only assist, prompt and support service users, to an appropriate level, when necessary. Examples of tasks that older or disabled people might require include:

"My mum’s carers provide a high standard of care in a professional and caring manner. The care provided by Assured Care enables my mum to remain in her own home and provide respite for myself which has enhanced the mother / daughter time spent together. Once again thank you for all the valued support that Assured Carers provide."
