TEAM QUALIFICATIONS

The Care Certificate training programme is the heart of our training, and must be completed during the first 12 weeks of employment.

Our care support workers are also either qualified at a Level 2 as a minimum, or encouraged to commence the course within 6 months of starting employment.

Additional, responsive, training is carried out as required or necessary to enable us to conduct the service in a competent and safe manner.

Registered Managers are trained to Registered Managers Award, NVQ 4 or similar as a minimum.

YOUR CARE WORKER

We will endeavour to provide you with a regular named care worker who will try, where possible, to fit into your home with as little disruption to your routine as possible.

To change your care worker, or should you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact the coordinator on 02392 752910, and we will do our best to help you.

Assured Care uses an e monitoring system to record and monitor the time that care workers arrive and leave each visit. Each care worker is given a pin number which they are required to dial in via the service user’s telephone at the beginning and end of each visit. This is a free telephone number.

All care workers receive training, and work under the supervision of the service manager with whom they maintain regular contact.
